Private Beta Program
As a part of our private beta, you get full access to all features as we build. Spots are limited so we can provide hands-on support and gather real feedback.
What private beta means
Section titled “What private beta means”Private beta is a limited-access phase where we’re actively developing and refining Village based on real user feedback. During this phase:
- Full Organization-level access — see Account Plans for details
- Active development — new features are being added regularly
- Direct influence — your feedback shapes what gets built next
- Priority support — faster response times and direct access to the development team
Beta benefits
Section titled “Beta benefits”As a private beta user, you receive exclusive benefits that won’t be available to future users:
50% off paid plans for 3 months
Section titled “50% off paid plans for 3 months”In exchange for your feedback, when Village exits beta, you’ll transition to a paid plan — at 50% off for your first 3 months.
You’ll receive a discount code by email when beta ends. The 3-month discount period starts when you apply it, not when you joined beta.
How your feedback helps
Section titled “How your feedback helps”Private beta users have a direct line to shaping Village’s development. When you share feedback:
- Feature prioritization — Your requests help us decide what to build next
- UX improvements — Your experience informs design decisions
- Bug fixes — Your reports help us catch and fix issues quickly
- New ideas — Your suggestions often become our best features

- When your discount period begins
Beta timeline
Section titled “Beta timeline”We don’t have a fixed end date for the private beta phase. We’re keeping spots limited to ensure focused development and quality feedback from our beta community. We’ll transition to full production when:
- Core features are polished and stable
- User feedback is consistently positive
- We’ve built out the planned feature set
- The platform is ready for broader adoption
You’ll receive your discount code by email when beta ends. The 3-month period starts when you apply it.
If you choose not to upgrade
Section titled “If you choose not to upgrade”If you decide not to upgrade when beta ends, your account will revert to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted. All of your events, sign-ups, and form responses remain intact and accessible.
What changes on the Free plan:
- You can have up to 3 published events at a time — existing published events beyond that limit stay live, but you won’t be able to publish new ones until you’re under the limit
- Events are capped at 15 slots for new events — existing events with more slots are unaffected
- Group messaging, realtime dashboard, check-in mode, event duplication, CSV export, and organization branding are no longer active
You can upgrade to an Organization plan at any time to restore full access. Your discount code is valid for 3 months after beta ends.
