Village Live

Village handles sign-ups. Village Live handles the event itself.

When your event starts, Village Live transforms the same attendee link into a live dashboard — showing what’s happening right now, collecting reactions, running polls, and broadcasting updates to everyone’s screen at once. No app download required.


The workflow is seamless for attendees:

  1. Before the event — attendees sign up on Village as usual and receive a confirmation email with their link
  2. When the event starts — you press Go Live in Mission Control; the same link now shows a live event screen
  3. During the event — attendees see the live timeline, react, ask questions, and vote on polls in real time
  4. After the event — the screen automatically shows a Pulse Report with attendance and crowd energy stats

Nothing changes for attendees. The link they already have just comes alive.


Mission Control

Your organizer dashboard. Go live, step through activities, check in attendees, broadcast messages, run polls, and end the event. Accessible only to you and your organization members.

Attendee View

What attendees see on their phones. Live timeline, crowd reactions, Q&A, polls, and real-time broadcast banners — all updating instantly as you drive the event.


Every published Village event automatically gets a Village Live link. You don’t need to enable anything.
